The companys involvement in the Independent Development Trust (IDT) Capital Subsidy Scheme in the East Rand in Gauteng and in 6 areas of the Northwest Province, as well as the Transnet Housing Project at Esselen Park near Tembisa made it possible to gain some experience in the provision of housing and social services for low to medium income communities. In this field the company uses its community participation and construction management skills, and draws on the housing field to provide fully participative and integrated solutions.

The company is also involved in the provision of housing and husing related infrastructure in Walmer O and various other areas within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
